Roadrunner Marathon - September 25, 2010
The Summit County MRC and Citizen Corps volunteers will be staffing a water table at the Roadrunner Marathon in Akron Ohio for the 3rd year straight. We will need 20 - 25 volunteers to staff the water table. Duties include setting up the tables, filling cups, handing water to the runners and clean up of debris. The marathon is on Saturday the 25th of September 2010. Our station is #19 located at mile 24.7 at 400 W. Market St. (same location as last year for those who are returning). It is located right by the McDonald's on
W. Market St.. You can park in the parking lot by the Summa building right behind our station. The approximate time of our station will be from 6:00 am - 1:00pm.   If you are interested in volunteering, a registration form is located at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/63DJZG9.  Just click on the link or cut and paste into your web browser.
