ACCESS TO CARE
Access to Care connects lower income, uninsured, working residents of Summit County to a regular source of health care.  Access to Care is not health insurance; it is a program that connects enrollees with health care services volunteered by local health care providers.

Access to Care is a program of the
Healthy Connections Network,
a collaboration of 38 community
organizations working together to
ensure that all residents of
Summit County have access to
high-quality and affordable health
care.  Access to Care's network of health
care providers includes, but is not
limited to:

Akron Children's Hospital
Akron Community Health Resources (ACHR)
Akron Health Department
Akron General Medical Center
